I've really not been faithful in my eating plan nor increasing my workout intensity. There isn't a good excuse... there's never a good excuse.

This week I've planned better. I'm taking my clothes with me to hit the gym after work. I'm laying my clothes out for the days I hit the gym before work. This week is going to be the first of many good weeks to come.

I've been slacking off. I've been running, but not really monitoring my eating. I'm planning to hit the gym early tomorrow AM.

I've been surprised at how faithful I've been to write down what I eat. I am going to do it for another week or so and then transcribe it into a spread sheet. Then I am going to see if I can have someone make some recommendations for better eating.

I've been writing down everything I eat for the last couple of days. It's been helpful in several ways. I see what's in me. I know when I ate it and I have a little pressure not to eat after 8pm. Sometimes I slip, but not horribly. Yesterday someone took me out for my bday and I had a little more than I should have eaten. However besides that slip up I've been pretty good. Not weighing in until this weekend. The daily up and down was killing me.

Hi! It's going okay. :) I just haven't logged anything for a while. I walked a 4-mile Walk/Run this weekend and had a lot of fun. And my husband and I are walking about 4 miles each night. I'm getting back on track with taking vitamins, eating a heart-healthy breakfast to lower my cholesterol, etc. I'm taking baby steps at this point!! How about you?? Thank you for leaving a message on my board! I appreciate it!

Well it was my first time to have a go at yoga. I pretty impressed with the instructor and enjoyed it! I will continue to take the Thursday night class. I see you do quite a bit of swimming. I LOVE swimming, it's the best all around workout... my gym doesn't offer a pool though. =/
