This week I've planned better. I'm taking my clothes with me to hit the gym after work. I'm laying my clothes out for the days I hit the gym before work. This week is going to be the first of many good weeks to come.
How's everyone else doing?
It's sunny in Washington State... I just washed my car, so I'm guessing it's going to rain tomorrow now.

Where you at? No update in a week. I know you're busy.
I've been surprised at how faithful I've been to write down what I eat. I am going to do it for another week or so and then transcribe it into a spread sheet. Then I am going to see if I can have someone make some recommendations for better eating.
